About the Space
This traditional Brooklyn frame house is modern - so open, airy and bright - but filled with traditional elements like fireplaces, moulding and exposed brick walls. There are 3 floors - the first is open plan with 'floating kitchen' - counter and bar stools, subways tiles, concrete surfacing... great for socializing and filming a cooking show. At the back there is a lovely European style garden with table and chairs, as well as a roof top vegetable garden and a chaise lounge looking out over the Brooklyn streets. The second floor has bedrooms with beamed cathedral-style ceilings and a fireplace. The top floor is a converted attic - a multipurpose playroom, guest room, gaming room, magical kids paradise.
