About the Space
THE UNIQUE ECCENTRIC SPACE is Located downtown in a historic building with in the historic district of Atlanta. Our building used to be the Ford Model-T warehouse, 1920's era. Complete with Original elevator shaft. It is a 100+ year old structure. Our space is a true Loft. With exposed brick walls throughout. The ceilings are 16 Ft high ceilings and lots of natural light from large windows. This creative space is a mix of mid-century retro vibes, exposed industrial feel and unique aesthetic. We also have a full kitchen and full bathroom/changing room. Roof top access (upon request) with fantastic sky line view of the city. Potential ghost hunting opportunities after 12 am. :)

The location was nice and the host was very nice! The cons are: there is no parking available so you have to park at least a block away which makes it difficult to get to any equipment you may have left behind. It was extremely hot inside this location and the place was filled with nats flying around. We were shooting an interview and the noise from outside was horrific. Not a great place to record audio! Having to load equipment up and down the stairs wasn’t a deal breaker but it is exhausting and time consuming so keep that in consideration.
