All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Historical American Deli, as well as authentic Mexican and Mediterranean cuisine since 1965. Our space is divided in three long áreas of tables, in front another area of table at the back whit a bar and space for dance and stage, patio for smoking and full kitchen, in the front area there is a counter in front of the kitchen with stool. We recommend this space for film/photos shoot, documentaries in the hours after 6 pm and weekends it’s available all day and night. We have two bathrooms whit accessibility for handicap. We have accommodated everything from live events, corporate meeting and parties off all kinds: birthdays, company party, baby showers and wedding reception to name a few. We recommend the space use more for, film/tv/photo shoot. If you are interested please same a request for hours or daily rate. We will send you information whit the appropriate rate.
