About the Space
The studio is nearly 2000 sq ft of creative space and natural light photography studio, in the heart of the downtown Annapolis Arts District. One of the area’s most unique venues, our contemporary space, located in the historic Livery Building, merges past and present with the charm of an historic property, and the open and airy feel of a modern space. Crisp white walls, white distressed wood floors and high ceilings create a backdrop just waiting to be transformed into your vision! Perfect for corporate meetings, workshops, social events, styled shoots, photo and video production and more. Capacity - 125 standing, 85 seated Weekday Rates $85 per hour with a 3 hour minimum, 7am to 5pm after 5pm rate is $165 per hour Weekend Rates are $175 per hour

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. She will make sure that you are informed of the guidelines before the start of your booked session and available for any questions (ex: parking, loading, time frame, access, etc). I was well prepared prior to entering which made for a smooth setup. The space is beautiful and spacious just like the images - perfect for the photography session I booked!
