OASIS STAY NY is like no other. Hutchinson River view. 2 Bedroom apartment, (Full and Queen size beds), one bathroom, quiet, residential area with private entrance. Also and excellent Gateway whether for a few days, a night or just a few hours. Large windows, natural bright light, totally renovated apartment, dinner table for 4, TV in living room & Master bedroom, A/c in every room, clothing hangers in bedroom closets, hair dryer in bathroom, towels, iron & ironing board, Full Kitchen with stainless steel appliances, stove, refrigerator, utensils, cooking pots, Coffee pot, Internet, Cable & Netflix.

One car or SUV parking space for an additional $20

General Rules

-Not pets allowed -No Smoking. -No drugs, weed or illegal substance allowed, this will immediately cancel contract. -No food allowed in bedrooms. -Please keep Noise to a minimum at all times. -Loud noise will immediately cancel contract stay, therefore, No parties or events allowed, No Music nor loud noise after 8pm, as this is a Residential area. (unless otherwise agreed to in writing with me) -A fee of up to $100 may be charged for any damage or missing items. -No additional people allowed in apartment, to visit nor to stay over night, other than the once agreed to on contract. -Recycle rules for stay over 3days: Garbage is placed outside under stairs before 5pm on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Recycled cans & bottles should be in a clear bag, placed under stairs on Mondays only before 11pm.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

We Disinfect with CDC approved Covid-19 disinfectants in fogger, spray, and wipe form after each guest.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer
Disposable gloves
