Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
We have a very large open warehouse space, all doors are kept open during operating hours. Our employees a screened upon arrival for work and practice social distancing.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disposable masks / face coverings
The space has the following features:

- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance

About the Space
We are thrilled to offer our 10,000 sq ft warehouse to the creatives of the world. The Copper Rose is the perfect venue for your next product shots, photoshoots, conference, workshops, popup shops, virtual meeting backdrops, and more. We can offer our space dressed up with all of our incredible rental furnishings or blank slate. The Copper Rose is a design and rental house located in the heart of Sonoma CA. Our 3,000 sq ft showroom is designed with unique furnishings from our collections all available for use during your visit. Your onsite contact will be there every step of the way to help plan the use of the space and make sure you have everything you need. Our space includes onsite parking, bathrooms, a kitchenette, and is wheelchair accessible.

Parking description
Our warehouse is located in the Carneros business park in Sonoma, CA. We have 7 parking spaces and 1 handicapped space. Additional parking can be found throughout the business park.

We have large garage door that can be rolled up for natural light. When the door is shut there is no natural light.

Staging area is available
There is plenty of space in the 10,000 square feet for staging. We have two bathrooms and offices that can be utilized.

Electrical system description
There are several outlets along the perimeter of the space. The circuit breaker is located by the large garage doors.

General Rules
Space is available for 7 am -10 pm
- No smoking
- Outside catering is allowed
- No moving of furniture without the help of TCR team member
COVID-19 Regulations
It is our top priority to maintain a safe environment for all of our visitors and employees.
- Masks are to be worn at all times unless you are being photographed
- Practice social distancing when possible at a minimum of 6ft
- Please use the provided organic hand & surface sanitizer
- HAMU is to be done outdoors under the provided umbrella to reduce bodies in the warehouse
- No more than 10 people are allowed in the showroom at one time
- The Copper Rose team will not be available to move items around due to safety procedures for Covid. There will be at least one staff member on site during the shoot but they will stay at a distance and will not be able to help shift anything around. The Copper Rose team member that will be on site will not be monitoring the shoot or available to help with anything surrounding the shoot
- If you are feeling sick or have any symptoms please refrain from entering the showroom
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is required
We require the production team to provide insurance for up to one million in damages.
Furniture and decorations may be moved
A week before production our team will need a schematic or list of all items that will need to be removed form the area. Everything can be moved from the front showroom to the back of the warehouse.
