Welcome to your cozy coastal space located in east Charlotte. This beautiful home located in a quiet neighborhood has 3 bedrooms & 2 baths, as well as spacious open living area that opens to a beautifully updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances. This breezy retreat features: a sun room w/ indoor fireplace, HUGE fenced-in back yard complete with firepit & outdoor dining space, laundry facilities, and Roku smartTVs in every room.

General Rules
General Rules:
-If you open it, close it.
-If you borrow it, return it.
-If you turn it on, turn it off.
-If you break it, fix it.
-If you use it, take care of it.
-If you make a mess, clean it up.
-If you move it, put it back.
-Lost TV remote or lost keys incurs a $50 replacement fee (per item) to cover the time and expense required to get the replacement items.
- If by not following house rules the host is forced to discount or refund another guest then you are responsible to pay the amount of the discount or refund.
-Local guests please contact me prior to booking
Smoking:
There is no smoking allowed on the property. You will be responsible for a $150 cleaning fee if there is evidence of smoke.
Pets:
-Please contact us in advance if you have pets. There is an additional $80 cleaning fee for pets to ensure guests with allergies will not be affected.
-No pets are allowed unless the $80 fee has been paid in advance and agreed to by the host.
-Pets must be less than 60lbs
-There are doggie bags in the home so please pick up after your pets and dispose of the bags in the garbage bin.
Checkout:
-10AM is the checkout time. A fee of $50 will be applied if the cleaning crew has to reschedule due to the extended stay.
- If you fail to checkout and overstay by more than 2 hours you are responsible to pay the base rate of the house for the following day.

Health and Safety Measures
Due to the state of affairs currently, we are doing our absolute best to ensure top-notch cleaning and sanitation between guests! We are currently using all disinfecting products as well as washing and disinfecting all soft surfaces. If you have specific questions please contact us. We are happy to answer any questions or concerns.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
