Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

This studio is 5,100 sq. ft. and allows for social distancing; We have a Professional 3rd Party Cleaner; There are Hand sanitizing stations on stage and in the kitchen area. Antibacterial Soap and paper towels available in all bathrooms and kitchen area.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

About the Space

Our Studio: 5,100 sq. ft. We have the largest studio space in Orange County. Whether you need a large set or an impressive green screen, we will be able to help you create your vision. We have a 50' x 50' x 22' Hard Clyclorama with a fixed grid. 1200 amps power (more available). Power distribution packages available upon request. Lighting and camera packages available upon request. On the same stage we have a smaller 18' x 18' x 10'6'' hard cyclorama, Pre-Lit, Power Available. Ask us about VR/AR possibilities. We have a four bathrooms, Celebrity Room, Make-Up/Hair/Wardrobe Room, Production Room and an Office area for support areas. Virtual Production & Integration: With the most advanced camera tracking and real-time virtual production software, we can help you is make your virtual ideas into Reality. Please ask for pricing as this is not included in the price of the Stage rental. Video Production: If you need help with pre-production, production, post-production, or all three, we can assure you that our services will help you create the best product possible. Please ask for pricing as this is not included in the price of the stage rental. Design & Fabrication: From start to finish, we can help you create anything from sets to logos. Parking description

There are 14 parking spots on the studio lot. There is also parking for larger vehicles. There is also plenty of free street parking as well. If street parking is full there are a couple of streets one block away that have free parking as well. Gated parking and back lot.

Space does not have natural light

Lighting description

This is an actual Studio. There is no natural light or natural light to be controlled. There is, however, a fixed grid and we can pre-light up to 12 - Arri S60 with space light skirts.

Space is soundproof

Ambient noise description

There is noise from the 2 - Jet Air Filtration system that are on stage depending on where you place them and you choose to run them. These are a courtesy due to COVID19. Otherwise there is sound proofing. This is a relatively quite area.

Ground Floor

Equipment loading description

Everything is on one level. There is a loading zone near the Elephant Doors. The entrance does not require a ramp. There is room large trucks to be parked outside of the elephant doors. If you have more than two trucks then they will need to be parked on the street of perhaps we can find available space in the back if our fabrication shop is not busy.

Staging area is available

Crew = Stage there are two supporting rooms on stage for Director, Client or Production. There is a Green room and a Make-Up/Hair/Wardrobe room with 4 bathrooms total.

Some rooms are off-limits for shooting

The stage is the only area for shooting without prior consent or agreement.

Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed

Electrical system description

1200 amps of House Power. If more is needed please request. Transformer Power. The stage manager knows where the circuit breaker is and will deal with it if necessary. There is additional lighting available upon request.

Circuit breaker can not be accessed

General Rules

1. Smoking only allowed outside in designated areas. Must use butt can to dispose of butts. 2. Outside Catering allowed. 3. Outside Camera's and Lighting Equipment allowed. 4. Must respect others on site.

All ages are allowed in the space

Production insurance is required

Unless as otherwise provided in the Booking Confirmation, Guest agrees that it will obtain and keep in full force during the term of this Agreement, at its own cost, a commercial general liability policy with bodily injury and property damaged combined single limit of not less than One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) per occurrence, Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000) per event/per location. Guest further agrees to obtain and keep in full force during the term of this agreement workers compensation and employee's liability insurance affording coverage under the Workers Compensation laws as well as an umbrella liability insurance at not less than a Three Million Dollar ($3,000,000) limit providing excess coverage over all limits and coverage noted herein which shall be written on an "occurrence" basis. Property insurance for full replacement value of all scenery, costumes, electrical and sound equipment, literary and musical material, and all other properties and materials owned or rented.

Furniture and decorations may be moved

This is a soundstage. We do not have furniture except in the Green Room. We do have props and Art Dept services available upon request for an additional fee.

Smoke machines are allowed

Security cameras and recording devices

Check with your host if there are any surveillance cameras or recording devices in the space.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Cancellation Policy

Grace period

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
