Reservation holder must be at lease 25 years of age. Outside catering is allowed. Home owners will be on premise to help with any questions. CAPACITY Please do not go over the maximum occupancy at any time for any reason. Doing so will result in extra charges per person. DAMAGES & MISSING ITEMS If anything is damaged or missing,, you will be responsible for repaying the cost of the missing items + the shipping, handling, time, and any arrangements needed to resolve the situation. HOUSEKEEPING & EXCESSIVE CLEANING Our cleaning fee covers the standard wear and tear. This is satisfactory 99% of the time. If excessive cleaning is required by our cleaning staff, we will charge an additional excessive cleaning fee. LIABILITY We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Please be extremely careful when swimming or doing any activity. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. MINIMUM AGE Minimum age to book is 25 years of age. NOISE & DECORUM Please keep the noise level to a respectable volume during your event. PARKING Free parking is readily available on our street. Please make sure to read all parking signs and regulations. We are not responsible for any fines or fees associated with tickets or the towing of your vehicle. TERM Your start and end times will be stated on the booking channel in which you booked your reservation. You agree to enter the premise at or after the start time and to vacate the premise at or before the end time of your reservation.
