About the Space
This 1400 square ft 3 BR, 2 bath house across from Warner Brothers Studio is perfect for your film shoot. Large circular driveway for easy in and out and ample parking. A welcoming backyard with patio furniture. Large kitchen with dining table. Attached garage available for overnight storage and cleared artwork. I have hosted numerous television shows, commercials, videos and movies and I am here to make sure you get the absolute best shoot possible. We booked last minute and Maxim was very accommodating! Unlike a lot of the modern homes around LA, this has a very nice, unique, "lived in" feel that was perfect for our shoot. If you want a truly blank slate, I would communicate with Maxim ahead of time, but for us, we liked having the space feel like it was actually someone's home and not an inorganic set. As others have said, make sure you confirm the address (the address should not be a "St." but rather, a "Pl.")

Maxim was an amazing host! He very responsive and helpful throughout our pre-production planning. We booked pretty last minute and Maxim helped make the process as smooth as possible. Load in/Load out was every easy at the location and everything was as pictured. There is a nearby address that is very similar. I recommend double checking with Maxim prior to sending out the call sheet.

The house was not as pictured and we were all quite disappointed. There was childrens scribbling all over the walls and the host made no attempt to clean up and prepare the space. Would not recommend or book again.

Maxim was a great host! The space is very versatile and worked for what we needed. Quiet neighborhood with minimal parking, but for a small crew with a small footprint it's great. My Producer's only note was that he wished the space was a bit more clean, BUT we did book very last minute (less than 24 hours) so I'm sure with enough time it would have been ready and clean for production standards. Would book again.
