About the Space

This is a 12,000 sq ft building with a 4500 sq ft ballroom dance floor, a mezzanine/loft n lower level/basement. It’s extremely light n airy n can be used for just about anything from performance space to location for movies n tv to daycare, anything with pets, urgent care etc. Lots of potential in up n coming downtown San Pedro, the heart of the LA harbor.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer

Great space! Jan and Micheal were extremely helpful and welcoming. Will definitely be back again in the future!

No, I would not book again.

We were told there would be air to cool the event space but when we got there for our event it was extremely hot and all they had were little fans to try and cool the whole space. We had to monitor the elderly that were with us because of this. Other than that it was ok for what were used it for.
