Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
I have a cleaning team to do a deep cleaning between each stay/rental.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space
This is a private residence leased and operated by owner of commercial business downstairs below the residence unit. We prefer same day private rentals with a start time as early as 3pm and end time no later than 3am. Great to use as a private rental space for large groups, i.e. birthdays. Great way to allow friends and family to come together in a large enough private space for social distancing. Spacious enough for a group of up to 30 people following proper CDC guidelines.
