About the Space

1600 SQ FT Studio & Co-working space available for weekly, daily, or hourly rent. Perfect for photoshoots, events, gallery shows, meetings, co-working etc. Amenities include parking, a mini kitchen, coffee car, wifi, sonos system, bathroom, a roll up door for easy load in and natural light, moveable and usable furniture and desks. Option for additional gear rental for photo shoots or events (Cstands, lighting, projector etc) .Located on the boarder of Glendale & Burbank in the warehouse/studios district just off the 5 south of IKEA. We would love to help accommodate your needs!

Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

Haley and Lydia were awesome to work with every step of the way. Very accommodating and fast with communication. The studio was very clean and perfect for our project. Will definitely book again!

Yes, I would book again.

This location was perfect for our indie film auditions. Our hosts were very gracious and communication was simple. The space was clean and appeared exactly as advertised. We would definitely consider booking this location again for future auditions.
