Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

All doors and handles and any equipment that is touched are throughly cleaned after every rental and multiple times throughout the week. Floors and swept and moped with cleaning solution after every rental. Trash is taken out directly after every rental.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

About the Space

Full-fledged Studio build out meant for your photo and video production needs. Headshots, talking heads, teleprompter work, green screen, white cyc, and small staged sets all work! Front lobby of studio can also be repurposed into a photo studio with the use of big ceiling to floor windows for natural light. Bathroom with toilet and sink (no shower), separate space behind studio for makeup/hair setup as well as catered food also included. Plenty of electrical on walls as well as ceilings for lights on stands as well as hanging. Acoustically treated with optional sound blankets, carpet, and foam. Comes standard with three Matthews C-Stands and three photo stands. Optional rentals include c-stands, photo stands, background stands, green screen, teleprompter, tripods, studio flashes, continuous lighting packages, booms, camera packages, and more.

Lighting description

Front lobby windows allow for plenty of natural light in the front for video and photoshoots. Can be blocked via curtains. Main studio does not have access to natural light.

Space is soundproof

Ambient noise description

Tenet above but she is always aware if there is shooting going on in the space and is mindful of that. Our street is not busy, but there may be the occasional 18 wheeler that goes down the street that makes noise. AC unit in our space can be controlled and turned off while recording.

Electrical system description

Circuit breaker is located in studio space. 3 outlets on ceiling for hanging lights, and outlets run along the perimeter of the studio space. We recommend HMI and LED lights.

No smoking in or around the building. Designated smoking area available in parking lot across the street with a bench. Outside catering is allowed.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
