Guests may park on our street in front of the house and along the street, without obstructing mailboxes. There are 2 parking spots in the driveway. We have never seen a time when our street doesn't have ample parking, but please be aware that we have no control over parking availability.

Welcome to my space! At least one person from our team will be on-site during rentals to assist you with questions or concerns, but we do our best to stay out of your way and give you space. Below are a list of rules that will make your time with us that much smoother and enjoyable! --Setup and break down is included in booking hours. Doors will unlock when your reservation starts; and you are expected to vacate completely by the end of your reservation time. The space must be vacated (including vendors and guests), and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Per Peerspace’s policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. Because of this, we recommend beginning your cleanup at least 30 minutes in advance. --For your protection and for ours, there are 3 security cameras recording video and audio to cloud servers. Blocking, disabling, unplugging or tampering with the cameras will immediately end your rental. If a camera plug or wire is interfering with your production, come speak to one of us and we can relocate it. There are no cameras in the restrooms and we recommend using them for changing. --No smoking inside please. Any outdoor smoking should be on the back patio and all debris should be disposed in a waste bin, not on the ground. --You are welcome to move anything, but please ask us for assistance so that we can avoid any damage. If you are planning on moving things around or redecorating, please let us know in advance. All furniture and props need to be reset to its original position in order to avoid a resetting fee. --Cabinets, drawers and the contents within are off limits, as they contain our personal property. If your booking requires the use of cabinets, we must be made aware of this before your reservation dates so that we can make accommodations. --Confetti, glitter, feathers or other small particulates are not allowed. --Do not stand on chairs or couches and do not sit or stand on tables or countertops. --Good vibes only - no fighting, arguing, or hate speech. You’re responsible for the conduct of your guests. We don’t tolerate disrespectful comments, pornography or hard drug use. If we feel that our safety is at risk, then we will end the rental. --Weapons are prohibited. --Excessive or unnecessary noises that are a menace to the welfare and prosperity of the residents and businesses surrounding our venue are prohibited. --Guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace.
