About the Space

This newly renovated home has endless stylish nooks to lounge in. From the unique inbuilt fireplace bench to the outdoor dining patio, pool house and modern open plan kitchen- this house offers a modern, chic and fashion forward setting for any stills or motion production. Thanks to several big skylights, beautiful light streams through the main living area making for a photographers dream. A spacious master bedroom dressed in linen with a modern zen like bathroom screams minimalism with the rest of the home. Kids room with a Scandinavian style double bunk and olive green plastered wall is a great setting for a kids shoot. The guest room with ensuite bathroom and gentle light has funky tones adding some vibrancy to the natural tones of the house. A kids play room on the lower level is also vibrant and fun but minimal and stylish. The kidney shaped pool and pool house is the perfect place for talent and crew to hang out in. The pool house is its own stylish light filled nook to make use of- have a play on the piano or sit back and watch the pool action in comfort. The outdoor patio is accessed through the large glass sliding doors, taking you to a view of the mountains and a rustic tuscan style outdoor dining experience. Enjoy the vintage swinging chair and day bed and call it a lazy afternoon.

Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

Yes, I would book again.

Amber was an excellent host and their home was just as described in the pictures. Hope to shoot there again at some point!
