All common areas are regularly cleaned and materials disposed of as needed.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

A unique gathering place for an intimate backyard wedding, anniversary party, vow renewal, b birthday celebration and more! Fishing pong, campfire site, swimming pool. The Backwards Farmhouse features multiple areas ideal for gatherings of all kinds. A well stocked pond and campfire area make for unique outdoor relaxation. A pool area with whiskey barrel bar, dining tables, umbrellas and string lights provides an intimate atmosphere for a small wedding, party, or other celebration. Ceremony site with custom built branch arch is the perfect backdrop for romantic photos. Wooded areas are ideal for filming or natural photo shoots.

Parking description

Culdesac parking fits up to 6 cars. Driveway parking fits up to 7 cars. Additional street parking available.

General Rules

No smoking. Outside catering is allowed. No swimming in pond. Keep all areas clean of trash. Use fire safety around campfire area. No glass in outdoor areas. No overly loud music. Pond is catch and release only. Fishing equipment not provided.

All ages are allowed in the space

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
