About the Space
Hollywood based production team and studio space run by passionate industry professionals with a host of lighting, camera, and dit eq available. Conveniently located in East Hollywood near Silver lake. Our open bow-truss style 2000 sq ft studio and private open air side yard are tailored to be as flexible as possible for your next production. We feature a beautiful new 18X22’X11ft high corner Cyc wall. 100amp dedicated lunchbox on in the studio, ground level load in and on-sight parking. Wall mounted iPad jukebox with powerful sound system. Dedicated makeup/green room. Multiple bathrooms and dedicated client fridge. Our Location Manager will always be on-site during shoots and available to help your team with any additional eq needs. Please note there is a $100 paint fee added to all shoot on Cyc wall.

The space was perfect and well equipped for our shoot, with ample areas for shooting, wardrobe, hair and makeup, bathrooms, kitchen, etc.! The location is very accessible and has a ton of parking which makes loading in and out extremely convenient. Benjamin and his team were also incredibly accommodating and so easy to work with. Will definitely be back here again and highly recommend it for anyone else looking for a place to shoot!

The hosts were extremely nice and very helpful and welcoming. Having gear on site as rental add ons is such a plus. The space is very large and has a good sized makeup room/dress room for talent. Parking for larger crews may take some more coordination as the parking on site is limited.
