Three approximately 150 SF private office spaces available for rent in East Williamsburg / Bushwick. Each office comes furnished (or unfurnished if preferred) with a desk, lamp, office chairs and shelf and each has a large east facing window with great light and comes with an AC / radiator unit. In addition to a WC shared by those 3 rooms there’s a common area with a kitchenette equipped with a small refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, hot water heater and sink. The offices are on the second floor of a mixed use building and sit right on top of a Kim’s Millennium market by the Montrose Avenue L-Train (less than a block away). Citybikes on the corner and plenty of restaurants and bars on the block.

Genevieve G. booked an off-site for 2 people
It was an absolutely perfect space for a day of intense legal research. The AC was powerful, the natural light was beautiful, and the desk was ideal for our two computers. The cherry on top was the wonderfully curated common space with teacups and fridge space galore. Sigfus was an exceptional host, we can't thank him enough for allowing us into his space.
