- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

About the Space
This space is great for work or play. From photoshoots, videos, private events, house shows, dinner parties, the list goes on.... All the furniture and elements were carefully collected from vintage stores and around the country. Blue tooth sound systems in every room. Front yard is a tropical paradise hidden from the street. Open floor plan, unique minimalist white concrete kitchen, unique concrete bathrooms, and terrazzo floors. This creative space was designed to be warm and welcoming.

I don't know how much I am allowed to write, so I will start by saying that I could go on for paragraphs regarding how incredible this space was. We rented this creative space to shoot our very first ads and commercials for our haircare/ beauty brand. We could not have been more impressed with the scenery, the plant-life, the incredible decor, and the cleanliness of this space. As beautiful as they are, the photos sincerely do not do it justice... The space was so welcoming, clearly being meticulously designed to feel like home. The host, Anthony, was so kind, genuine, generous, and thoughtful! He received our groceries and put them away as they arrived a little before we did, he arranged our arrival and parking, he allowed us total autonomy to be creative, and even let us include his adorable cat in the shoot. I could not recommend this space more. We will absolutely be returning for future collaborations. Thanks again, Anthony!
