Cute and Cozy Nohouse in North Hollywood

Our darling, sunny, detached, private studio guest house, the NoHouse, is ready for your shoot in Los Angeles! Our 400 sq ft, studio guest house, with double French doors, features a full size canopy bed for two and a small living room. There is a full bathroom with tub. You also have your own private, outdoor patio with seating. The patio has a small charcoal grill. The patio area overlooks the back of some businesses in the alley, and is a bit city like, so we've turned the furniture towards the house for a nicer view. :) There is a TV with Netflix and wifi, there is a coffee maker, microwave and toaster, however there is not a kitchen or kitchen sink. There is free street parking, a large free parking lot nearby or there is private parking for 2 smaller cars or one large van/truck by the guest house right next to the patio. It is accessible behind a manual gate. During the warm months, the room is air conditioned with a portable ac unit in the corner of the room. When it's colder, the room is kept toasty with a free standing heater. Please note we are under the flight path of Burbank Airport, so you may from time to time hear a plane go by. **Please note bedding, pillows, etc are changed out often. ***Additionally, all furniture and decor {except for the bed and wall TV} can be removed from the space for film shoots. We just ask you factor the time to reset the space in your booking.
