We are delighted you are bringing your creative energy to our downtown San Rafael space! Our Marin County photography studio has ample shooting and meeting space. We have hosted musicians, celebrities, numerous fashion sessions, loads of tabletop and tons of headshots, family and kid sessions. Here are a few of our features: Building is secure with large freight elevator for ease in loading in and out Heating, Air Conditioning, Wi-Fi as well as music sound system 900 sq. feet of flexible space - 30'x21' clear shooting space Comfortable meeting area and conference table Full length mirror and make up area 30" Apple Cinema Screen Tech Station- just plug in laptop and view Blackout curtains or west facing window light Wardrobe Cart, Steamer/Iron Small Fridge Dishes and serving ware available Microwave and Toaster Oven Catering and Full Kitchen available from stylist in adjacent studio. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines

Loved the space for a brand photoshoot. It was just what we needed for an 'office' vibe with the conference table and chairs + couches and chairs. Lots of great light all day with an option to block the window light if needed. NOTE: White couch is no longer in the space - it was replaced with a modern gray couch and chairs.

The studio was plenty big enough for our needs. The host and the staff was very accommodating, all our needs were met. I will definitely use this studio again. Thanks for everything!

Great location and great people. Not extremely suited for video/audio interviews because of the noise in the building that cannot be regulated because they are renting offices there.

Great space in a convenient Marin location. The team was very accommodating with our unusual schedule, and were able to provide a generously-sized seamless backdrop. We were able to control the lighting very well, and there is an oversized elevator to get gear up and down from the studio. Plus, plenty of convenient parking! Would not hesitate to rent the space again. Thanks!

Wonderful place for a photo shoot! Spacious, clean and as described. The guidelines for rental were very clear and the communication with the host was prompt and responsive. Easy parking, access to bathrooms, and overall just a great experience.
