Free street parking

There is plenty of 4 hour parking on Albert Park Way (unless the Pacifics are playing baseball that night). You must enter this street off of B st. You can see the street when approaching the building on Lindaro from 2nd street (next to the tennis courts). Street parking tends to open up in the latter part of the day. You may park in the handicap spot for load in and out but not all day.

4 large square windows, west facing. Great natural light all day, interesting window light in the afternoons with some direct sunlight. We have blackouts as well.

It's fairly quiet. Large room with hardwood floors so we have moving blankets to help assist with sound quality.

Stairs, Freight Elevator

You may pull into the parking lot to unload, but do not leave your car unattended as all the spaces are reserved for the other businesses. On weekends parking is okay in the lot.

There are restrooms available, the rest must be in the studio space.

No one in the adjoining office.

Start and End Times: Rental start and end times are *INCLUSIVE* of set up and clean up. Please plan your schedule accordingly. Trash bags will be left for your convenience. Please consolidate trash into one place. Outside Catering is allowed. Smoking and Vaping: No smoking or vaping anywhere on premises. Alcohol: California State laws and restrictions apply. Host Liquor insurance coverage or licensed caterer required. Beer and wine only. No hard alcohol. No alcohol sales. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items may be used to attach or affix anything to the building. Tape or gummed backed materials must be properly removed and any wall damage will be billed to guest. No glitter or foil (non-paper) confetti is allowed on site. No sparklers, Roman candles, or fire producing gags or effects. No color bombs, smoke bombs, smoke machines or other 'atmosphere' creating devices. No incense, aerosols, or odor creating chemicals. In the event of Excessive Soiling or Abuse of Property, the Guest will automatically be billed a $1,000. 'deep cleaning fee' + any repair costs. Door Management: Building entry door must remain closed. Furniture and decorations may be moved. Any furniture or wall decorations that are removed must be placed back to original location. Early drop-offs and late pick-ups: Early drop offs of food, beverages, equipment or other, day/s before or after the rental - $75/per scheduled appointment. Production insurance is required. Standard insurance coverage by Peerspace covers you for studio rental, though additional services or activities may require additional coverage and documentation. (IE: equipment rental, stunts, etc.)

Furniture may not be removed from the building.
