A professional cleaning team is hired between bookings.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable gloves
Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

Beautifully refurbished barn with beer garden and large yard, overlooking the Pacific Ocean and within walking distance of Pt. Lobos and Monastery Beach. Large, open, interior space will accommodate many types of activities. Bar, food prep area and entertainment (TVs, Pool Table, Foosball, Piano). Large beer garden with firepit. Very large yard/field for activities (including horseshoes) and/or car parking. TVs with theatre speakers, Ample electric outlets, Wifi access available, Amp available. Bathroom with toilet, shower, sink.

Lighting description

Floor-to-ceiling windows on one wall. The space is well-lit from all sides. There are shades on every window if natural light is not wanted. The space is brightest with the morning eastern rising sun and afternoon western setting sun.

Ambient noise description

There is no neighbor noise. The property is on Highway 1, but it is relatively quiet indoors when the doors are closed. There is no noise from appliances or AC or anything else.

The is ample driveway space at ground level for loading and unloading. No ramps are need. All trucks need to be parked off-property.

* No smoking or drugs in the building. * No trucks or semis on the property. * No access to upstairs or owners closets. * Outside catering is allowed - and can be arranged. * We conform to all laws and expect the same of guests.

Production insurance is required

Liability and damage. A COI listing the property as "Additional Insured" on the production company's insurance.

Furniture and decorations may be moved

All furniture can be moved or removed. Similarly, wall decorations can be removed provided everything is restored once the shoot is complete.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
