About the Space
Beautiful Tribeca loft located in North Tribeca. 14 Ft ceilings, columns, tin ceiling. Modern layout with a grande front room that is easy accessible from street level. Photo shoots, small events etc...would be idea in this space. Space is currently being used for mixed use live/work. Faces West, corner property with incredible light. Space is currently being used as a high end furniture gallery - that has rotating high end furniture based on availability. So the space will not change but the furniture may.

- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

I had a mix experience in this space. A day before my check in I heard I have to provide a specific kind of documents if I want to go in and use the space. Telling me after booking 18 meetings for the space, having my whole team ready and paying full price a head of time before, it wasn’t right! Beside that I had a good experience.
