Bright, open space. Light-filled and spacious with 14-foot ceilings, 1500 square feet, concrete floors, modern features. Open area includes a living room and dining space. Kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and dishes. Coffee maker. The loft is great for filming and shooting lifestyle, Meetings and more. Has amazing natural light all day. Conveniently located in the West Loop off of Randolph st!

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines

My team had an incredible time for our annual retreat! This was the perfect place for a change of pace, with gorgeous plants, decor, and a very different feel than a 9-5 office. We were a group of 10 and were very comfortable. Shannon was an incredible host - I hope to book again for future events!

5 stars, Shannon's space is so beautiful and great for any meeting/gathering! We walked in to a fresh pot of coffee brewed and as hosts they could not have been more gracious and helpful. I would highly recommend the space and would be again myself

Photos are slightly misleading. It’s a lot more cluttered/crowded by the windows than it seems I. The photos. Also, it’s right next to the L train so trains going by every two minutes and very loud. Plus there was unforeseen construction happening in the building, major drilling from the floor below that was extremely loud in the space. I think the owner should check with the super of the building before renting out the space to ensure there’s no construction going on that would interfere with the shoot. This space is much better suited for a shoot where sound is not crucial.
