About the Space
***ABSOLUTELY NO ALCOHOL, DRUGS, SMOKING, PARTIES OR EVENTS. The 1200sqft space is centrally located on the intersection of 81 street and Biscayne BLVD, close to Midtown and Little River. It is a part of a multi-story loft building, with industrial/modern design. It is a sixth-floor L-shaped corner unit with South and West facing floor to ceiling windows that make for gorgeous afternoon lighting (see images). The windows have a full blackout and semi-sheer blinds for natural light control. The space is available for creative and commercial video/photography projects, as well as meetings. It has a private bathroom with a shower, a full-service kitchen (available as part of rental), lounge area, and makeup station. Included in rental: - Wi-Fi - Use of Kitchen/Appliances/Plates/Coffee Cups/Wine Glasses - Use of all furniture - Clothing rack - Steamer - Coffee maker/toaster/fridge - Tether tools - Camera, lighting and lens rental available at additional cost
