***ABSOLUTELY NO ALCOHOL, DRUGS, SMOKING, PARTIES OR EVENTS. For same day bookings please inquire first. Same day bookings 5 hour minimum required. The 1200sqft space is centrally located on the intersection of 81 street and Biscayne BLVD, close to Midtown and Little River. It is a part of a multi-story loft building, with industrial/modern design. It is a sixth-floor L-shaped corner unit with South and West facing floor to ceiling windows that make for gorgeous afternoon lighting (see images). The unit has a cyclorama. The windows have a full blackout and semi-sheer blinds for natural light control. The space is available for creative and commercial video/photography projects, as well as meetings. It has a private bathroom, a full-service kitchen (available as part of rental), lounge area, and makeup station. Included in rental: - Wi-Fi - Use of Kitchen/Appliances/Plates/Coffee Cups/Wine Glasses - Use of all furniture - Clothing rack - Steamer

- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Wonderful host! Very accommodating. Studio was exactly what my team was looking for. Easy to find, easy access and an abundance of parking.

As someone Who continuously books at content spaces because of my job, the experience while booking here fell short. The space is much bigger in photos than in person, & the high rate in comparison to the rest of similar studios is not worth it at all. Not to add that in the photos everything is neatly organized VS in person there’s a lot more mess causing the space to feel smaller. Also, the hosts weren’t great. The customer service was probably 3/5. I booked from 1:30pm & we were running late, which I don’t see how it’s a problem considering it doesn’t matter what time I get there since it’s already been paid for. Yet I receive texts from the host telling me to get there by 2:30pm.. why? I can get there at whatever time I want. I booked the space for that timeframe so my arrival time shouldn’t matter. Additonally, the vibe was a bit weird when going in. But just to top it allllll off, I had to extend my booking by a few hours (which you have to pay full price for btw) & the host was so obnoxiously on top of us during the shoot to send a Zelle payment before every additional hour VS what I proposed which was being charged at the end of my stay so I wouldn’t have to continue going on my phone mid-shoot to Zelle & send screenshot of payment as their requested (which ??? If you get the payment you get the notification.. so not sure why I kept getting texts saying “send screenshot please. Send payment. Send screenshot”. They almost made me feel like they thought I’d somehow scam & steal from them & leave without paying ?? Even though they could clearly see me in their cameras & can also charge me through Peerspace. It was simply an unpleasant experience as a client who spent so much money booking the space. Didn’t make me feel catered to at all. Anyway, I won’t be booking here again. For this price, literally any other studio is way more worth it.

This studio is a stunning space, precisely as depicted in the photos. It features an abundance of natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The studio was very clean and well-maintained. The host was extremely helpful, provided outstanding service, and maintained clear and efficient communication throughout.

This place has everything you need. From natural light to the right strobes. Olga was super helpful on showing me around before a full day of photoshoots. The location is perfect and accesible, plenty of parking in the surroundings and perfect light all day long. Will definitely come back. Highly recommended.
