About the Space

The barn is part of a stunning, natural 21 acre natural sanctuary. It has wood and iron beams and concrete floor. Our property is a home, a wildlife sanctuary, and boutique hobby farm. The original mid century home is situated on a private lake, surround by acres of woods, meadows and gardens. Peacocks roam free, herons live on the lake and hawks nest in our meadow. There are also domestic animals on the property such as bees, goats, chickens and ducks. This listing is for the barn and outdoor area in the immediate vicinity of the barn. The first 10 photos are specifically for this listing The photos show the barn as it is now. However by March 2021, it will be completely renovated with white plaster for a modern Mediterranean look. The ceilings and flooring will also be finished. There will be a full kitchen in place. The barn can be completely open and empty for your event or you have the option of tables and chairs, monitors, projector etc. For use is the 2,000 square foot barn plus about 2,000 feet of outdoor space in front of the barn. We have included photos and description below of the other areas of the property, which are listed and priced separately. These separate options can be discussed and negotiated with the host. - Architecturally designed original mid century A-Frame home overlooking private lake. - Outdoor eating and entertaining areas such as bbq and outdoor pizza oven area, fire pit and dock. - Five acre private lake with dock for swimming and kayaking etc. - 1000 square foot block barn with wood and iron beams. - Large animal coop for goats and chickens and large fenced animal run. - Wood studio cabin in the woods. - Twenty foot vintage camper amongst the trees. - Natural sanctuary, including lake, woods, meadows and gardens along with much wildlife. The property has been used in movie production, photo publication, music events of 300 people, along with many large social events. It is currently used educationally for online farm and nature classes. The property can be used for media publication, movie production, private events, corporate meetings, classes and farm day events for groups.

Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
