Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

This space is cleaned every day and deep-cleaned twice a week. Shoots are accepted in a strategic manner to allow adequate time for thorough cleaning.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

This mid-century modern/industrial interior offers a 1218 sq. Ft, open space with tall windows, exposed concrete, and exposed pipes for those looking for a swanky feel. This location is ideal for photography stills & production shoots. Previous shoots have included: photography stills & corporate videography. Other amenities include: courtyard, pool, & balcony. Around the corner from us are multiple art galleries, hip restaurants, and colorful artistic buildings.

Absolutely no smoking in the building. (Smoking can be done outside) You are only able to access the rooms agreed upon. Entering and/or using any additional rooms will result in a penalty.
