Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space
5000 sq ft Playhouse available for filming. Located in Glendale. It will be perfect for any kids related film projects. You can move stuff around if needed. You can use everything you see in pictures.Please provide short description about your project. We dont request additional insurance . Peerspace insurance is enough.

We will provide 6 free onsite parking with each booking. Street parking is available too .
General Rules
Because its a kids playhouse we dont allow alcohol use or smoking inside property. You can move stuff around but everything needs to be same after filming. Please respect our property . Please let me know what dates you need before booking.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
