  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

About the Space Our space is located in Crown Heights Brooklyn NY We have 900 sq ft of space to use for your Film , Photo and Video-shoots , Podcasting intimate events.. Nearby buses are the B44, Trains 2, 3, 4, and 5. Set-up and break-down time is included in hours you book so please take that into account upon booking our space. We operate under a system of self-sufficiency. Being that our studio works on self sufficiency, we expect our clients to upkeep the space and leave it in the way it was presented to you at the start of your session. We have a cleaning fee of $25 if space is left unclean and disorganized. The color backdrops we offer are white, grey, & black. All other equipment listed below is included in the rental rate. The space has a kitchen and private bathroom. This is on the Parlor floor of a Brownstone walk-up building.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
