Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Recently renovated, the property boasts 4 bedrooms, 7 baths, movie theater, pool, as well as a substantial lower level featuring gym and massive media/entertainment space. Enjoy expansive city views through floor to ceiling glass sliding doors and windows. PRICES VARY DEPENDING ON EVENT YOU ARE LOOKING TO DO.

General Rules
***Failure to abide by the following rules may lead to immediate eviction without refund and/or a charge to the guests*****
- Parties and events must be approved by the host, extra fees will apply.
- DEPOSIT AND PHOTO ID WILL BE REQUIRED BEFORE THE CHECK-IN.
- Guests are not allowed to touch the pool equipment
- We charge $300/day to heat the pool and Hot tub | 1-day notice is required
- Gate MUST remain closed at all times.
-CHECK-IN is at 5 PM
Early check-in at 2 PM for $200 Extra ( Cleaners will be still working)
CHECK-OUT is at 10 AM
late check out until 1 PM for $200 Extra
- We charge $200/pet per stay
- After 8 guests we charge an extra $100/day per guest.
**Important **The property is equipped with security cameras, The cameras are VISIBLE, one is located in the front by the gate, one is located in the back, NO CAMERAS INSIDE OF THE HOUSE (no cameras in the bathrooms, sleeping areas, living room or kitchen) which means you have complete privacy.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
