Our fully-equipped workspace has everything taken care of – from LG TVs with Apple TV, full standing to sitting desks with full setup (monitor, mouse, keyboard), high-speed fiber WiFi, open kitchen floor-plan with dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, beverage cooler and Bevi. Private gated parking for up to seven cars with additional free street parking for two additional cars on the side of the building. The office will be deep cleaned according to CDC COVID19 protocol every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. All this can be yours so you can focus on driving your business forward or hosting your small event comfortably!

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
