  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

GVM Studios is one of the most versatile spaces. Located on the cozy block of Colfax and Elm street in Denver Colorado. We aim to bring a safe space for all people to co create in. Street parking is easily accessible in the front or on Elm street. Welcoming all who have creative endeavors they wish to pursue in a safe , comfortable and ambient setting. We are able to accommodate just about anyone with our 1,000+ square foot space. The front facing 12ft windows allow natural light in, making excellent lighting for photo/video. The furniture in our lobby can be moved our accessorized as needed to meet the vision of our clients. Photoshoots, music videos fashion shows and workshops have been hosted. There is 36ft of mirrors on the east wall, which is bordered by LED lighting. A mural is painted on our west wall, which is also bordered by LED lighting. It becomes a glowing light box in the evening! Settings a remote controlled. Amenities include free wifi, restroom, hot or cold water dispenser. We have back drop stands and extra lights if needed. We also have changing tents if needed for photoshoot.

Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
