This space is perfect for film or photoshoots. It is spacious with lots of room for different sized equipments. It was decorated with the modern man/woman in mind with its vibrant colors and modern furnishing. The living room windows welcome lots of natural light. Same with the dining area’s sliding doors.

The listing was difficult to locate as the address as listed corresponded to a different location when entered into GPS. Additionally, there was no mention of the listing being in a gated community. The host provided the gate code a few minutes prior to the reserved time and check out instructions during the reserved time. The space was clean; however scuff marks on multiple walls made staging for a photoshoot more difficult than anticipated.
