Tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac this gated home has an inviting pool, spa and patio perfect for Al fresco dining. Everything in the home is brand new! The owner has a love for fine luxury vacation rentals and this home is fully equipped with the finest bedding, kitchen ware, grills, towels, carpets and more! When you come to vacation, we take pride in our professional cleaned home with pressed sheets for when you get into bed at night. The dining room set is for 10 guests with complete plating and cutlery. There are two living rooms, both facing the pool with endless ocean views. Sun bathing loungers are along the pool edge with floats for everyone to enjoy. The large bedrooms are all designed in their own unique way, with high end finishing touches of furniture. The master bedroom has a California King, two bedroom suites with king mattresses, one bedroom with a queen mattress, and the last room is the kids bedroom with a bunk bed style, bottom level is a double mattresses and top bunk is a single. The driveway is equipped for ONLY 5 cars, no more, in the circular driveway. Inside the home we have a family board games in the living room for everyone to spend fun times together, beach toys & noodles for the pool. Every guest is required to sign the Guest Agreement and provide a government photo ID. Small hypoallergenic pets allowed with additional pet fee of $50/ per evening.
