Beautiful cocktail bar by the beach with two floors and a small outdoor patio. Located on one of the most storied blocks in Santa Monica, our beautiful cocktail bar feels like a nautical lounge decorated with ivy, anchors, buoys, and vintage photographs. Experience the seaside in a warm, welcoming environment steps from the crashing surf. Level One: Patio area w/ Photo Booth, DJ Booth, 5 Large Booths along one wall, 2 cocktail tables in the middle of the room, bathroom, and a full service built in bar on the other wall. Level Two: Intimate bar area, lounge, and bathroom The space is freshly painted with brand new wood floors throughout the venue. We would love to host your next photoshoot, film shoot, magazine shoot, video shoot and more!

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
