Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Space is cleaned using disinfectant wipes on all surfaces after each booking. Space is also aired out and ventilated in order to maintain fresh air flow throughout the space.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disposable gloves
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

Book my home as a venue for photoshoots, productions and branding sessions. Renters will get a fully furnished livingroom, dining room & kitchen - open floor plan. Home is decorated with modern decor with pops of color throughout with a ton of natural light and wood floors. Bookings based on a daily basis (no overnights) for a minimum of 3 hours at a rate of $100/hour - introductory rate.
