- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Narrow passages have arrows for bi-directional traffic

Right out of a story book...Our Blue 70's retro themed room will take you into a timeless masterpiece of rich and warm feels. Sheathed in tones of blue to contrast the offset of the gold furniture you'll get a sense of escape and wonder that only romance whispers, awaits you in the “Blue Wave Room.” This room also features a round queen bed & a vintage gold and blue Low rider bike.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
