Modern Event Hall with Lounge & Bar Area

Our newly renovated event lounge offers a fresh and inspiring atmosphere for collaborators, entrepreneurs, artists and community organizers to host their meetups, social events, cocktail parties and private events. Partitioned into two separate areas, hosts have the ability to accommodate a bar and refreshments on the cafe side of the building while utilizing the other side for dancing or dining. Rooms can be added on and utilized as flex spaces, for makeup/wardrobe, breakout groups, catering and refreshments and more. Outside catering and bartending is welcome in our space. All events must submit the license or certificate for their bartender at least 7 days prior to the event. View our virtual tour here; https://vimeo.com/772210615 Minimum rental timeframes M-F 9pm-5pm: 2 hours M-F 5pm-4am: 4 hours Sat: 4 hours Sun: 4 hours Security Fee: M-F 9pm-5pm: No charge for the first guard M-F 5pm-4am: Required Sat-Sun: Required 1 security guard is required for every 75 guests. Charged at $30/hr per guard Host Fee: A host is required to be present for all events. Charged at $20/hr. The fee may be waived for bookings during regular operating hours. Other costs to consider: - Bartender: A certified bartender is required to dispense all alcohol. - Overflow Parking Lot: $375 All events over 100 attendees are required to secure this overflow Parking lot. - Cleaning Service: All events over 100 attendees are required to secure this cleaning service. - A minimum rental rate of $2,500 is required for any Saturday bookings starting or extending past 3pm. *Rental rates and requirements are subject to change on Holidays. Weddings must utilize our wedding package. Large concerts, festivals etc must utilize our Full Building Buyout.
