Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. This was a lovely space that was more than we could've wished for to host our executive committee dinner. I originally booked the space for an end of the year event, but with COVID restrictions reinstated in December, we had to postpone twice. Paola was easily accessible, responsive and very helpful! My company president was so impressed with the location that he wants to book it for several upcoming events that we are hoping to host as the world comes out of pandemic separation. The indoor/outdoor space and all the accommodations are top notch, there was a house keeper onsite to assist as needed but maintained respectful distance from our event. My caterer and her staff had all the space and amenities they needed to prepare and serve our 5 course dinner. When my team wasn't quite ready to depart at the scheduled ending time, Paola was available immediately via text to confirm our extension of time. I can't recommend this space enough. It is worth every penny of the booking fee for the experience!
