“The Garden of Eternity”- Lincoln Park Hidden Oasis Patio and Cafe

I booked this venue for a surprise engagement party for my fiance and it was perfect, despite being a little cold during November the heaters provided for an additional fee were perfect. It was the perfect size for a party of roughly 30 people, with plenty of space for everyone to move around an mingle, plus space for individuals to sit and have food set out. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a tucked-away space in the city of Chicago for a private evening.

The venue was great! Gavin was very helpful in setting up and cleaning up. I would highly recommend booking this place!

I would give more than 5 stars if I could! We were embarrassingly underprepared for our event but they couldn't have been more helpful. It's definitely not their responsibility to provide things like extension cords and serving spoon (etc.), but for every forgotten item, they had an answer. They could not have been more helpful. And that doesn't even cover the space. It was open, quiet and just a beautiful space overall!

Nick and Gavin responded quickly, answered all of our questions, provided trash bags, and everything was as advertised! The unlimited ice (added price) was very very useful for our drinks, and it was great that the venue was BYOB. The ceiling of the outdoor covered patio was perfect, had ceiling fans going for ventilation, and even let light in: this was really perfect for scattered showers throughout our events. Would very much recommend the space to anyone looking to be covid safer and outdoors for a private event. I would definitely book it again.

This venue is unexpectedly quiet even though it is located right on the busy street. We received so many compliments on the space and how attentive the staff was. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask for the name of the staff that worked on that day, but he was so helpful with all of our last minute ad hoc requests. We'll definitely book this space again and our guests are even thinking about booking the space for their events in the future as well!

The space was perfect for our event! We had an intimate Bridal Shower for my cousin the bride to be, with about 30 people total on the list (us included). The wall art and lights were the perfect touch to the classy rustic decor and vibe we had. The staff who work in the actual store (Protein Paradise) were helpful and answered any questions we asked even if they had to contact someone for solutions. The location was a little difficult to find as we didn’t initially know the name of the restaurant and it was slightly difficult to maneuver to the back space within the small gangway and through the restaurant while carrying all of our decor and equipment but they did have a cart for us to use. It also did not appear to be a space to accommodate 40 people unless it was a strictly standing event. Otherwise it was an overall great experience and everyone loved what we did with the space!

We had a wonderful experience . We had a memorial for my daughter here . About 40 people came threw and it was beautiful ,clean , comfortable . The juice bar staff were super and everything was perfect . Thanks so much for everything

I had a birthday brunch and it was amazing! The space was nice and chilled .Can’t remember the guy name that was working but he was amazing and I really appreciate him. Perfect Day!

My wife and I rented this space for a 30-40 person post-wedding celebration and it was absolutely perfect. Nick and Gavin were a pleasure to work with and very accommodating. It is a hidden oasis as advertised. No decorations provided, but we brought our own candles which really added to the feel.

The space itself was perfect for our occasion, a law school graduation of family and friends for 40-ish people. Plenty of seating and space to set out food and drink. It's an outdoor space that's mostly covered so was great for the weather that day. Suggestions for improvement: make it clear beforehand that the space is behind a restaurant with a side entrance, make sure someone in the restaurant is aware of the booking (they seemed a bit surprised when we showed up), clean the narrow shelf that we used for setting things on, and possibly provide a table for food/drinks--we had our own or would've had to use some of the seating.

The space is great. It was a little windy due to cooler than normal temps in Chicago but was well protected by wind and any rain. It is smaller than the pictures look but was perfect for our 18 person bridal group. Gavin and Nick were super helpful and responsive.

This spot was perfect for my birthday dinner. I had such a great time! It’s a great location the setup is nice and there’s more than enough parking! ☺️Would definitely book something again! 😎

It is a bit smaller than the picture shows as others mentioned but it was perfect for our group of 25. It's private and quiet, plus it's covered in case of rain. Would book again!
