The 2nd floor Grand Ballroom over 4000 sq ft has a beautiful stage, dance floor and 4 elevated platformed, 32 feet high ceiling, 9 crystal chandeliers and lost of beautiful 1920 look . details. Adjacent to the Grand Ballroom you will find our Bar/Lounge Room. This recently renovated space is a masculine yet romantic area will give you a relaxing library feel. The space features a custom built in bar, fireplace as well as two private bathrooms. Conveniently located only 2 blocks from Logan Blue line stop. PLEASE NOTE that if you are looking to drive and park here, You will find free parking on Kedzie Boulevard or paid parking on Fullerton. All furniture is included free of charge.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

RESTORE ILLINOIS PHASE 4 – RECOVERY Venue capacity is limited to the lesser of 50 people, excluding venue staff and vendors. Security will be by the entrance to remind individuals to wear face-coverings. We have posted signage at the venue entrance and throughout the venue reminding guests of the face-covering requirements. If possible, we will like you to bring extra face-coverings to offer to your guests in case they forget to bring one. ALL our employees with no exception comply with the face-covering requirements, we are providing face-coverings to our employees, and instruct employees to maintain socialdistancing to the extent feasible while interacting with guests. Phase 4 guidelines indicate there could be additional capacity for public events/gatherings later on. How will the state determine this? Capacity restrictions will be reassessed based on the latest science and public health metrics on an ongoing basis throughout Phase 4. IDPH and the state of Illinois continue to encourage universal guidance of wearing face coverings in group settings, outdoors, and where it is recommended. The requirement does not apply to individuals who cannot medically tolerate a face covering. In some instances, a mask is not required where other safety precautions, such as maintaining 6 feet of distance, are followed – while seated during ceremony, or seated and eating or drinking at a table. Dance floors should remain closed. Before allowing entrance, Stan Mansion security will ask your guest whether he/she is currently exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms. We will take temperature using touchless thermometers. DISINFECTING/CLEANING PROCEDURES 1. Cleaning and disinfecting of premises will be conducted in compliance with CDC protocols 2. Clean and disinfect common areas (restrooms, bar, ceremony room, ballroom) and surfaces which are touched by multiple people ( entry/exit doorknobs, stair railings) frequently will be cleaned every 30 minute

Cancellation Policy

Standard 90 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
