Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
We take your safety and the safety of our staff very seriously. For bookings and interactions, we will wear masks and practice safe social distancing. We will make sure bookings are spaced at minimum 3 hours between each booking to allow time for proper cleaning and disinfecting. We are open for any dialogue for any questions or concerns you may have regarding our COVID-19 Measures.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer

About the Space
Right in Ktown, our private remoddeled studio is ready for use for any type of photoshoots or content creation. We have a mid-century modern aesthetic however our space is large enough for you to creatively use as needed. Amenities include: Wi-Fi Private Gated Parking Bathroom Fridge Workspace

Parking description
Two free spots are offered with every booking. We have a private gated lot that is accessed through our main street. If you would like additional parking spaces for cast/crew, please let us know and we can accommodate. Street parking is available as well!

Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
