About the Space
This room is 1,200 sqft. The room has brick walls, dark wood floor, windows with great natural light. built in sound system, projector, one wall of mirrors, restrooms. Its very easy to get to near public transit as well as very easy parking. This room is set up for use for dance classes as well as photography. The room can hold about 60 people for a dance class. For events it can seat about 60 people. We do have event tables and chairs.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Brad was an amazing host! The space was perfect. Lighting is much better than the photo shows at night. In order to film anything in the evening the lights you can order make for the best experience. Brad ensured we had everything we needed. Would absolutely book again!
