THE BRNDHAUS PL-ZEN™ is a 25,000 sq. ft., brand new, design-forward industrial loft warehouse located at 1727 W. 21st Street in the heart of Pilsen - Chicago, IL. Featuring 17' lofted ceilings with an original steel bow truss, exquisite design detail throughout, and a portfolio of unique spaces, THE BRNDHAUS PL-ZEN is an ideal and inspiring environment for film and photo production, offsite meeting space, events, corporate functions, pop-ups, showrooms, and customized brand activations. The main rental space is up to 10,000 sq. ft. on the ground floor, featuring two spacious adjoined rooms with open flow between them, and no columns. The spaces can be customized by the user, and either used together or partitioned by the renter if needed for different functions (e.g. creating distinct production sets, meeting & break-out room, ceremony & reception, etc). The layout is beautiful as is, with room for your creativity. On the left side is TOKIO 21™ GALLERY -- a modern-styled space with 17' truss ceilings, large projection or green screen wall, exposed brick, and natural and interior lighting. And on the right, KAFFÈ ARLO™ LOUNGE -- a "rustic-industrial" setting with an original steel bow truss ceiling, wood touches, customizable lighting, and built-in kitchen and service bar area for catering needs. Both areas also have private restroom / dressing rooms. Please note, for Production and Offsite Meetings, the published $200/hr rate is for use of 1 room; if both rooms are needed, please get in touch for additional information. The overall space seats up to 250, however we do follow city capacity guidelines for COVID-19. Furniture in the space can be moved, or rented if desired. The building also offers private outdoor areas including a double-wide lot perfect for tenting, and a additional outdoor space directly off of TOKIO 21™ Gallery.
