Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

About the Space
The studio is very conveniently located in the heart of the Crossroads. Minimal details, 1,100 square feet and tons of natural light provide a welcoming environment for photo shoots, video shoots and events. Each rental includes a rotating collection of curated props, backdrops and plants making Crossroads Studio a unique space in Kansas City. Scandinavian and Japanese design inspires the curation of the space. We curate the selection in collaboration with artists and creatives in Kansas City.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
