Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves
  • Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

The space is a full-service production studio designed for commercial shoots. It is ideal for product photography, editorials, table top shoots, lookbooks, e-commerce, and everything in between. The layout is carefully designed to utilize every foot of space which includes; a production studio, lounge area, office, green-room, full kitchen, bathroom, two conference areas, a garage and roof access. This large space allows for multiple projects to happen simultaneously. - Large East facing windows for natural light. - TV's & monitors, Full color range of backdrops, couches, tables, speakers, etc. - Full-Service photo+ video equipment available. (Camera, Lights, Grip, Tech, Gear, etc) - Photographer, Videographer, Director, Producer and Production Designer available.

Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

AWESOME SPACE. AWESOME NATURAL LIGHT. AWESOME OWNER. The space was even better than it looked in the pictures. Lots of props and backdrop colors. A lot of Studio equipment. Nerdy Lighting notes: I was shooting on cloudy day from 10am-1pm and was able to shoot at 400 iso (metering perpendicular to the windows) the whole time with the model 7-10meters from the window. THATS BRIGHT! (400 iso, 1/125 or 1/250, f/2.8 or f4.0) The owner/director Peter was also a pleasure to meet and work with. He made sure every thing went smooth and helped us change backdrops and move certain equipment around. He was in the property standing by in case we needed anything. He replied to all my messages before the shoot in a timely manner as well.

Peter was great. The space was clean and was accommodated. This was my first time booking with Peter and this space and he/the space exceeded my expectations. On top of that, Peter was generally nice and super helpful. definitely a great choice for a studio rental
