- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.

The Space lends itself to social events, massage, pop up vendors, dance, yoga, baby showers, wedding showers, educational events, or bring your friends to watch a game. The space is 1200 sq. ft. We have an open floor plan with an exposed brick wall and exposed pipes accompanied by tin ceiling tiles.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. This urban chic venue was the perfect location for my pop-up bakery. It was just as beautiful as described and seen in the photographs. On top of that, it was centrally located in a bustling downtown area that receives lots of foot traffic from members of the community. The only thing I had to do was set up my display stands and begin selling. I am definitely booking again! K.c.was kind, accommodating and a joy to work with.
